Cons
A lack of proper induction and training. The basics to ensure i could get out in van. No manusl handling training despite the role being intense in that area. No introduction or whos who. Management are poor lack organisatiinal skills and frankly do not care about well being . I reported a back strain caused by lack of proper equipment, filled out a form but never asked how i was. Took 3 weeks before i was isdued any basic ppe ie hi viz another week for safety shoes and another week for some uniform then 3 more weeks for name badge. Very cliquey. Very disorganised and chaotic takes too many chiefs to do one basic role. Very disappointed as coming from management on another major supermarket I had high expectations.
