Good Pay and Benefits! Good virtual training

Cons

Physical Training is bad as usually rushed and left to do by someone else Hard to get holidays Some branches have very toxic management and old school bullying mentality. Sickness is very strict and mental health is ignored Bias and favoritism in my branch Not easy to get to management level
