Waitrose are continually making cut backs at the expense of entry level employees (evening premium gone, sunday premium gone, all breaks are now unpaid).

Partnership structure, pace of work, high quality product, sense of team work, well respected organisation, annual tax free bonus scheme

Cons

Uncertain future of roles within the organisation, challenging times for retail even at the higher end, uncertainty over levels of annual bonus. Expectations of customers are very high and when these aren't achieved they can be very tough on you no matter what level you work at
