Pros

It provided me with good pay for the work that I was doing, it was a friendly environment to work in and I was undertaking relatively simple work

Cons

There was a visible hierarchy among some colleagues which could be discouraging, lack of flexibility with shifts and the work could become rather monotonous and repetitive

Pros

Good employee discount, Sunday 1.5 normal pay, very good ethics, strong customer service focus, team works like a family, good training, enjoyable job.

Cons

Some team leaders can be harsh, the work ethic differed a lot between some members of management and some seemed to care a lot more about the staff than others, too many managers
