The majority of people employed are lovely people and hard working. Job includes great benefits such as discount in Waitrose and John Lewis and the yearly bonus is nice!

Cons

Cons include a fair share of partners who don't particularly care and managers who set unrealistic targets. Recent changes to the management structure also make it harder to progress in the business.
