Pros

Brilliant benefits, amazing pay which isn't by age but performance, annual review of pay, flexable shifts, brilliant management.

Cons

Sometimes tight for overtime and can be difficult to get holiday approved, or colleagues to cover shifts

Pros

It's fun, lively, always changing. I've made great friends working here and I have learnt a lot from everyone

Cons

There is not enough opportunities to get promoted, to move up or get a better salary. They tend to move people up who have been their from a young age as oppose to older, new people. The managers are job worths and it can get nasty
