Pros

-Night premium is relatively higher than other retailers. -perfect for a “night owl" who enjoys physical work and wants a reliable, well-paying job with great discounts

Cons

-Discounts: 25% off at John Lewis and 20% at Waitrose. -physically demanding, prone to RSI (injury)

Pros

OK pay for the work you do. Benefits, such as a "partner shop" where we could buy products that were due to be thrown at a discounted price. Depending on performance of company, can recieve a yearly bonus.

Cons

Fast paced enviroment will mean more wear and tear on your body. Hard to pivot within the company to other roles, but, they will try and help where they can.
