Pros

- Benefits - Flexibility - Respect towards employees - Everyone values your opinion - Good range of people

Cons

- Poor low-level management - Fairly inefficient - Very hard to get a pay rise - Higher level management never "mixes" with lower level employees - Benefits are always cited as an explanation why we don't get pay-rises and get lower bonus each year.

Pros

If you work hard, good chance to work up, but you have to drive yourself, not expect it to just happen.

Cons

End up feeling like you are doing three peoples jobs and paid for one a lot of the time. Can be tiring.

Pros

- discount - bonus - great managers - hard work really gets recognised by management - partners working there are fantastic.

Cons

Not many cons. Customers tend to look down upon you a lot. As a supervisor, there's a lot of responsibility and i don't think the pay really reflects it.
