Pros

Great company to work for, they have great benefits and discounts for partners. Pay is good and they always give you opportunity to train in other sections to raise your pay next appraisal. They're understanding and their management is friendly!

Cons

Sometimes disorganised, but could depends on what store you're working in.

Pros

Great management, great colleagues, flexibility to make decisions within the role. The partnership style of democracy really shows itself. I would absolutely recommend the John Lewis Partnership to anybody.

Cons

Communication from senior management (outside of the store) to the rest of the company could be improved, but overall there were no major problems with the company.
