Cons

Retail can be a hard environment to work in, progression is bad if you dont want to move anywhere

A great co-owned business, fantastic management and fantastic benefits which every partner gets from discount to bonus to rewarding careers if you show you want to develop the business supports well.

Cons

Not many, great benefits and they really look after every partners through different supportive management and care for partners looking after partners that may be ill or going through hard time management helps everyone as a co-owner there's no separation.
