Pros

Benefits - e.g. discount in John Lewis and Waitrose, annual bonus is very generous, lots of good corporate discounts Good opportunity to progress and change career direction

Cons

There is a very obvious disparity between the management board and the senior management across head office, with different agendas and a lack of cohesive strategy slowing down progress and contributing heavily to office politics.

Pros

Pay was relatively ok, made better by the bonus we would recieve at the end of the year, depending on busines performance. There would also always be work available if you wanted it.

Cons

The fleibility of the company really needed to be looked at. Being in part-time employment, one would think that flexibility would be a key part of the role. However I found it particularly difficult to ever change my rota, or to get cover.
