Your part of a partnership, voice is heard Good flexible hours People who are partners work better as a team Customers enjoy the shopping at Waitrose, Waitrose serve customers the right way Quality if products and good selection

Cons

Workload can be high, sometimes unrealistic targets are set Lack of Wastage guidance to reduce targets Feed back for improvement is aimed at everyone not to individuals that do not work as well as others Suggestions/improvements take too long to materialise Year reviews are never guaranteed Product availability can be poor sometimes Tickets and signage is bland and can easily fall off the shelf
