Pros

Lots of perks such as 25% off john Lewis and money off your weekly shop. A bonus in February( around 10% of annual earnings) which is a welcoming thing around that time. Very democratic partnership with people from all walks of life working there. Would recommend it to anyone.

Cons

Taking holiday is a pain for shop floor staff, especially over the summer. This was why I left as I didn't want to phone in sick. Get all holiday in early. Also there is a bit of mis-information between the partnerships online system and managers as a lot of tasks are carried out by computers such as handing in notice. I found this weird personally as you should really be talking to your manager as to why you are leaving. This can cause misinformation.

Pros

Kind, and generally caring managers. Good pay. Most of the managers don't feel like managers, as they are not dissimilar from the Rank and File, though some do over-exaggerate their importance.

Cons

Can be physically demanding on occasion.
