Pros

Sometimes working was fun, around christmas there is a nice atmosphere but most of the time the managers treat you differently if you're not in their 'clique'.

Cons

Managers treat you like crap, change hours 24/7 without notifying, ask to drive van without insurance and get mad when you say no, whine at you for not doing enough hours when you've done a full working week - they've just not written it down so you get underpaid and refuse to give you an IOU and you have to wait until the following month to get the money you are entitled too.

Cons

would be perfect if you could do the job you enjoyed doing insted of being moved to other areas to work so you end up doing 2 or three sections a day
