Pros

Treated very well by the employer and the pay betters most supermarkets. Bonus every year of around 12-20% on yearly earnings.

Cons

working in a supermarket can become very draining and boring, repeating the same tasks over with not little change. Can be difficult to secure more hours.

Cons

Can be a a little inward looking and complacent Becoming stoo and short sighted with efficiency savings that wil hurt the business further down the line Too many meetings and beurocracy to make decisions and get things done.
