Pros

Being a Partner means you can help shape its future Opportunities to progress across a number of areas within the business. Company benefits e.g. Discount, holiday homes, leisure benefits Annual bonus

Cons

Can be a a little inward looking and complacent Becoming stoo and short sighted with efficiency savings that wil hurt the business further down the line Too many meetings and beurocracy to make decisions and get things done.

Pros

Good pay and bonus, the interview and recruitment process is well structured and clear. There is plenty of training offered before you start meaning you feel confident

Cons

There were lots of college students there (me included) they always make an effort to make sure you aren't sat or working near people your age. Can be pressured into overtime
