Pros

Good employer standards, good development . Shop floor work colleagues very supportive and friendly , sense of prode in everyones job.

Cons

Pretensions of being more than they sre as a company. Lack of overtime opportunity . Poor christmas rota choices available for shop floor workers

Pros

I think the best thing about working at waitrose is I was being offered more hours than I asked for and was brilliant cause wanted money

Cons

I think that some of the challenges of working hard at waitrose is stopping yourself from eating the fruit while your working

Great training at the store, both on shop floor and through training programmes. Great colleagues to work with who will help you when getting started.

Cons

Sometimes late payment of salary, and stressful work around peak times such as christmas and easter. Occasional weekend work.
