Pros

Partnership with atrong ethos, very friendly staff, strong self-development scheme, performance-based salary and pay rises, opportunities to have say in business, employees seem to really care about the business and doing their job well, opportunities for promotion, caring environment, community involvement, multiple benefits, discount, lots of activities etc for employees and their families etc.

Cons

Quite a lot of jargon is used, sometimes going out of the way to satisfy a customer seems excessive, some unpleasant customers.

Pros

Great place to work, friendly colleagues, and amazing benefits for staff e.g. 25% Off John Lewis and yearly bonus

Cons

My shift patterns were often unsociable with little room for negotiation, also I sometimes felt under pressure due to understaffing.
