Pros

The company is all about employee welfare. The managers will look after you. Some of them are incredibly friendly, you could go up to with any kind of problem and they will sort it out. Reasonable wage. 1.5X payment on Sundays. You get a bonus based on the profit in March every year. It depends how much you get but while I was working there, it was never less than 15%. Most of the customers are very well-behaved.

Cons

Difficult to get leave on a short notice unless you find someone to do the shift for you. Often not considerate when it comes to religious holidays.

Pros

It is a good company to work in but arguably underpaid in view of expectations. The bonus is good and the managers really care about staff.

Cons

The pay is slightly slow considering the customer service expectations and you are often asked to work later shifts and extra shifts to make up for under staffing sometimes.
