Pros

Wonderful benefits and great flexibility when it comes to students and their student transfer scheme. Cross-training helps with new skills and opportunities

Cons

Working part-time means set contract shifts with no room to work different days each week

Pros

-Excellent perks -Performance Related Pay -Staff Dining Room with Full English Breakfast 6 days a week

Cons

Huge cuts to hours and staff mean one partner has to do four jobs. Management like to make themselves powerful and will do this in any way possible. Very difficult to get holiday and managers will question any holiday needed.
