Pros

Some people are very lovely and very passionate about their work, and will strive to do the best they can. The Partnership Bonus is more of a top up than a bonus, as it makes an okay wage even better. The Partner discount is very useful also.

Cons

Some will do the bare minimum, yet gloat about how much work they put in when the yearly Partnership Bonus comes in, and how ''it should have been higher''. Some partners do not uphold partnership values, and are lazy, and expect others do pick up their slack.

Pros

Good company ethos due to it being a Partnership, excellent training and great benefits. Generally all other employees are of a high calibre.

Cons

The hours can sometimes be long and late shifts can be followed by early shifts if that's the department requirement.

Pros

A very good work environment making it easy to enjoy the job whilst surrounded by friendly people including great benefits

Cons

Sometimes hire too many younger staff in retail branches meaning that around busy periods it can be difficult with the new inexperienced staff
