Pros

- Good pay, holiday and annual bonus - Great customer service training - Having left for University I have found out how important this is in all further job applications and interviews - Improves people skills - Very good discounts, offers etc only available for "Partners" - Opportunity for more responsibility and experience working on other sections if wanted - Lots of overtime available

Cons

- Most staff lacked ambition - I found to both branch manager and assistant manager be very unapproachable - Can be a hectic environment and can take a while to sort out problems/ issues at these times

Pros

My colleagues, most of the people that i worked with were great

Cons

not being given enough hours to be able to pay my rent and buy food to eat! I was quite literally going with out food while working for a food company! I ended up geting quite depressed.

Pros

Excellent company benefits and the company cares for its employees.

Cons

Have been previously slow to react to the changing market and are now rolling new projects out too quickly.
