Pros

I learned a lot from the experts who worked there. the bonus scheme was fantastic and it was always nice to know that my car insurance would be covered by it. also the employee discount is fantastic!

Cons

as a graduate not on the graduate scheme I was constantly shunted to the side. I asked time and time again to be given more hours and more responsibilities but to no avail. instead I was kept at thirty three hours and then expected to work over time so that I could be there every week and not enjoy the benefits of being a full time staff member.

Pros

Partners are treated incredibly, I don't want to work anywhere else! Discount is great, ideal for part timers, the bonus is beautiful.

Cons

You have to wait 3 months for the discount
