Pros

Excellent training opportunities and company structure at a higher level. Relatively low pressure a lot of the time for customer service staff. Freedom to make decisions yourself.

Cons

Poor in-store management that appear to chase targets but with no visibility of those targets made available to service staff. Facilities were often hot-fixed rather than closing down areas of the store for much-needed repair.

Pros

Great benefits including annual bonuses, time and a half pay, good holidays etc. The management at Henley are great and have a wonderful relationship with the staff (or at least they did when I was there!). There is a great system for overtime, but they have been known to acknowledge when you are working too hard. They have awards for good behavior such as the 'one step beyond' award.

Cons

The work is repetitive if you are not a manager and getting into the head offices takes a lot of qualification and experience.
