Pros

it was good when i joined.. over the years they expected more from the 'partners' within the same time frame and less benefits year by year.. to the point theres no bonus anymore

Cons

management are all old dinosaurs that have the people skills of a lion. younger managers are usually the ones that are nice because they have been managed by these dinosaurs.

Pros

Get paid on time every month

Cons

You are not a partner and never will be. They expect you to be a robot and probably are hoping robots take over, because if you have an opinion it will just be ignored or your manager will take it on board and use it themselves to elevate themselves up the management chain.
