If you don't care, it's great!

Pros

If you can't really be bothered to do much beyond your role, it's a great job. Good discount.

Cons

Everything else, overwork culture, favouritism, inequality between partners on every level. People who work hard favoured on pay scale but things like the sickness policy leads to everyone being punished exactly the same - 12 month warning and no pay rises as well as the threat of being punished further if you fall ill again in that 12 month period, leading to further issues of people working through illness. Great for spreading sickness to coworkers and the public!

Pros

Terrible place to work. It’s all about kissing up to management . It never used to be like that but now it is. It all about who you know not what you knows. Management have their favourites who get away with everything and also get chosen for the more interesting roles.

Cons

It will suck all the life/ambition/energy/enjoyment out of you.
