Pros

Nice staff Nice facilities multi storey car park, free gym.

Cons

I was interviewed for nights, only to find out during training "all shifts were on same training rota" that I'd been put on permanent earlies, 6-2 which meant I had to get up at 4am due to a medical condition this was difficult for me. Hence I applied for nights. Nobody asked me about this shift pattern just put me on it. People apply for the shifts they apply for, for a reason. I might of had a child at home with my wife out at work in the day.

Pros

I have driven for both Waitrose and Sainsburys. Waitrose is more driving time and distances and less heavy loads. This may be because Coulsdon is a fulfilment centre and at Sainsburys I was attached to a superstore.

Cons

You need to be very careful when delivering to customers in tight driving spaces. Potential for bumps. My advice is make good risk assessment before driving straight to customer address. It may be better to park around the corner and walk,
