Pros

The team members were lovely. There's often overtime so you can get in extra bucks. Staff room has some free snacks

Cons

Poor management. Absolutely no empathy. And most of them are totally underquallified. There is no clock in system which works to their advantage as you often end up working later than your shift end time (unpaid) but you face the wrath if you arrive one minute late. The whole 'it's a partnership' is a scam, you don't get treated anything like an equal. Always understaffed hence you are expected to cover other people's responsibilities above your own, and the targets are unrealistic.

Pros

Secure employment, nothing else really.

Cons

Not a career just a job, many years to progress, progression not supported but a battle. Organisation says all the right things but in reality does not practise them. Ethics has double standards, and when challenged using democratic channels voices are silenced with threats that wont stand up in court. It has gone downhill with ever decline of employee benefits and purpose of work. Not helped by hearing customer comments everyday how noticeably poor it has become.
