Workload, High Stress, No real path for advancement

Administrators made me feel less than a human, I would usually be the last one to leave the building aside from the janitors because you have to work after work so that you have enough for to do while you work, I didn’t get paid enough to survive, kids and parents were bullies to each other and to me, I was expected to teach students who knew no English all the way up to above grade level in the same class, administration grades me based on how elementary school kids feel like acting that day. Aka, my job is dependent on kids who shouldn’t even be trusted to bring a paper home according to their parents. There is no use trying to hold anyone back because they genuinely need to relearn the content, even if you manage to get it approved with all of the paperwork you do all year the parents can veto it.
