work flexilbility can be nice if your manager isn't trying to make your life miserable
Cons
faculty are treated poorly, managers are not accountable - was told by HR that unless a manager admits to wrongdoing (even with evidence and witnesses) they won't take action, and whatever the manager says it taken as truth even if it contradicts hard evidence. lots of cronyism with the management teams. had a coworker make racist comments in front of students, wasn't coming to work, wasn't doing their job, and was putting myself and others at risk - never fired. but the people who reported? yeah, suddenly their lives got pretty bad.
