Pros
They really care about their employees and their students. Campus is going through a lot of remodeling and building processes to make campus more attractive and effecient for staff and students.
Cons
There are always a few bad apples in the bunch, someone staff in the advisors office and financial aid are completely clueless and have not a clue what they are doing half the time, but with time, maybe better people will come along to do the job.
