Multiple sites, community friendly. The number of academic programs available is unmatched to the surrounding counties community college offerings

Cons

Internal jockeying for positions. Often times the administration not very supportive or backer of employees. Career advancement is tough for subordinates. A lot of movement of administration across campuses.

Infeasible requirements for benchmarking each year, management sometimes is ignorant of foundation needed for certain aspects of growth, parking is an absolute nightmare for employees with all of the assigned spaces for VPs
