      Pros

      Friendly environment and nice clientele. Co-workers are responsible and senior management takes the time to properly train you and make clear what their expectations are for completing your responsibilities.

      Cons

      There is limited career advancement even for someone looking to expand their responsibilities in the store. One is best served to gain experience working in the retail part and then applying for a corporate position.

      Pros

      Very nice people, great benefits, amazing growth potential for immigrants.

      Cons

      The senior management at the company is very incompetent. For a company that is owned as a co-op between many factions, I would hope they would start hiring some college-educated managers rather than promote from within. As said before, great opportunity for growth into a management position where you lack knowledge.
