Pros

Walbridge is very good at marketing and branding. They have a good reputation with their customers. They're an ENR (Engineering News & Record) top 40 construction company. They're always hiring.

Cons

The hours were crushing as a Cost Analyst at Walbridge. The minimum was 50 hours per week. Any special projects, and during Gross Margin Reviews, it was a lot more than 50. If you complain about it, it'll be held against you on your annual performance review. Walbridge is big brother: they monitor and report personal internet use of your work computer, they conduct frequent random drug testing (not just pre-employment), and they require annual blood testing for health insurance rates.
