Pros

Main office has great location in downtown Detroit and most of the employees are friendly and nice to work with.

Cons

Senior management doesn't seem to care about the employees. Raises are minimal. Emphasis on training and development but very little support given to those that seek growth opportunities. As a construction company, people working in the main office are viewed as lesser employees by some of the leadership - regardless of how hard you work or contribute. Talk a lot about innovative culture, but has done nothing to show it.
