Pros

I very happy with local management team and my direct manager. I like that you stay at the site you are assigned to. I like the fact that they allow me time off to be with my family.

Cons

Better benefits and entire pay for those who do a good job.

Pros

Commitment to Employee Development Walden often invests in training and certifications, helping employees grow professionally and advance their careers. Strong Company Culture A focus on integrity, teamwork, and service excellence creates a sense of pride and belonging. Community Engagement Walden Security is known for supporting local communities and charitable initiatives, which resonates with employees who value giving back. Stability and Growth Opportunities. Being one of the largest privately owned security companies in the U.S. provides job security and opportunities for advancement. Recognition Programs As you mentioned, recognizing employees for their contributions through awards, incentives, and internal programs helps foster motivation and loyalty.

Cons

Specialized or “non-standard” security roles often require unique skills beyond the basics, and gaps in training can lead to inefficiencies or even risk exposure. In my setting, the training needs a background in the specific security domain (e.g., law enforcement).
