Pros
Not many, unless you can get to a truly good post then its merely bearable.
Cons
Extremely unprofessional, will not give you your uniform requests on time (I've been here for over six months without getting my requests), detestable practices (if you have an unreliable relief, be prepared to stay at your post for the remainder of the shift), favoritism, too many to list.
