Having worked with the corporate team at Walden Security for almost 15 years, I can say this is a genuine, family-centered culture. We treat our employees like family and are committed every day to find new ways to make our company better in every area. We love our officers- we remind ourselves (and each other) that "if you're not serving the customer, your job is to serve someone who is." One of our core principles is to "always do what's right." We work in a challenging business where thinks often "go wrong", but I've witnessed- and been a part of- countless experiences where our security officers have demonstrated acts of compassion, caring, helping, quick-thinking and problem-solving. The corporate and branch teams are truly dedicated to supporting and developing our security officers. We understand the importance of giving our officers every tool and resource to be successful in their role. I truly love this company and I can't imagine working anywhere else.
