      Pros

      I value they took me in when I needed a job and gave me a chance. The people I work with are great along with the manager. Not much else I can say other than it’s a pretty good work environment.

      Cons

      Their is a few thing that could be improved like for example when it’s cold we should have access to be able to wear thicker clothing or some plants that require you to be outside most the time should have a heat outside. But all and all it’s not terrible but would definitely help.

      Pros

      The interactions that I have with my co workers and problem solving together whenever it presents itself. Knowing that if I bring something to my supervisors attention that they actually listen and act on it.

      Cons

      Sharing of information, and there is plenty of negative feedback with violation of policy and rightly so, but studies show that for every negative it takes three positives to make it even out so possibly more commendations and acknowledgements would be good. The supervisors for example look beaten down most days.
