-Great people that work alongside of you that have a wealth of knowledge and experience

Cons

-New ownership has led to some challenges and a lot of the changes have not been directed in the right manner. -Has led to many people leaving the company who has been here for years.

Pros

Great work life balance --> I seldom worked late or on weekends. Best W/L balance of any company I've been Flexibility on office vs. remote (though likely must be Chicagoland based for corporate role). Office (at least the Old Post Office in Chicago) is a nice space Some wonderful folks to work with

Cons

Lower salary compared to other companies Company is performing EXTREMELY poorly at the moment, lots of layoffs. Substantial changes likely on horizon as new leadership reconsiders strategy which could lead to more instability for employees, especially as it looks at a lot of store closures. Hard to have a positive outlook for the company's financials
