Pros

Tons of resources to expand your knowledge in the professional space. There are some extremely bright and friendly individuals with the company as well. They recently rolled out a new maternity/paternity policy that allows mothers to take an additional 8 week leave. And allows fathers to take 8 week leave.

Cons

Annual reviews are kind of a joke. They don’t want anyone falling too far below or too high above the average... which is great for lower performers... but not so much for high performers. Some teams/processes have everyone weighing in on every little detail of a project, which delays launches. And can also make it extremely frustrating completing a project Other teams keep the wrong people in the dark on huge projects that results in a lot of scrambling to meet launches.
