Great pay Great relationships with staff

Cons

Long hours Company only cares about numbers and quotas. Never enough staff to do the all the responsibilities put on pharmacists. Pharmacists don't get raises or bonuses even though the company make a profit yearly. A very stressful environment with very little reward.
