Shift Lead at Walgreens

Pros

If you are passionate about customer service and leading a team this is a great position for that. You can learn a lot about managing a team. When management is not there you are pretty much the manager.

Cons

13 is the max you can make in the shift lead position. Have to move up if you want to make more of course. This position is not a management position but you do the work of a manager and get paid less for it.

Night Pharmacist

Pros

Have a set schedule with no pressure to do additional shifts. Never had a paycheck bounce. The people I work with are great.

Cons

Consistently cutting compensation/benefits in order to pay for acquisitions/mergers which only benefits corporate officers. Corporate structure that places non-pharmacists "managing" pharmacists.
