Pros

You get to help people and learn a good deal about over the counter medicine. You generally get a very good deal on your personal prescriptions.

Cons

The company used to take good care of their employees. Now it seems they are doing their best to take money from employee benefits and give it to the shareholders. All once valuable employee befits and programs are rapidly being phased out, job titles are being changed with no reduction in responsibilities but with a reduction in pay, and the 401k has been drastically slashed. The stock price keeps going up seemingly directly proportionate to the loss of their employees.

Pros

Great pharmacists and Pharmacy managers

Cons

Always understaffed, store manager gave quota for things like flu shots in an already busy understaffed pharmacy led to angry customers
