Pros

A good place to work most of the time. Management okay to work with (most). good benifits

Cons

Never enough help and always have lines especially since they started Balance Rewards program. At front register all day and hard to get anyone to give breaks. Way too much drama going on here.Need to hire people that want to work and get rid of ones that don't. Also don't like suggestive selling. You can't make anyone buy anything. Everyone should pitch in and work as a team to keep the store clean (not just one person)

Pros

My Store Manager is really nice and works with my schedule.

Cons

The managers seem very distracted, like they are too busy to help, and there is a lack of communication and everyone is not on the same page.
