Pros

Good hours, good benefits. The pay is nice, but could be better and so could the bonus structure.

Cons

The management structure has changed so much that the store manager has become a stock boy that also has management functions in their job title.

Pros

Hard to get fired. They will work with your schedule.

Cons

I have had my shares of jobs for the last 5-6 years and I got to say that walgreens has got to be the worst. The expect so much from employess with such little pay. They have no respect for their employees. I been here for three years and have not even receives a full dollar raise. They overlook the best people for promotions and instead give them to clueless people who have no ideas about the company. This job is also like a sales job too. After a while it makes you seem like some type of drug dealer. Trying to convince people to buy certain crap.
