Pros

benefits are great. Senior management very well educated and informed and easy to talk to, I miss it terrible

Cons

Not alot of room for advancement as their growth has slowed due to the economy. They downsized their management and gave same amount of work as three people used to do, now given to one perhaps two salaried employments

Pros

- Profit Sharing Plan / Company Match - Were flexible with hours when I was in school and a cashier. - Vacation time

Cons

- Doesn't give you enough staff to do your job yet complains when their goals aren't met. - Constantly cutting hours. - Not open with employees. - Have seen lots of unethical things with upper management lately.
