Pros

Good medical, and prescription benefits. Profit sharing program has been good.

Cons

Walgreens will change your job title to legally decrease your pay. Any promotional opportunity automatically goes to any transferred person before the person working in that market. You never know where you stand with the company. They move managers around and any store or district manager could end any chance of promotion. They often promote from outside your district.

Pros

Walgreens was a great place to work and allowed multiple growth opportunities. No matter if you are a high school or adult you have enormous potential for growth.

Cons

As a starting position the pay is just minimum wage and even when multiple positions are acquired, raises are few and far between.

Pros

If they only followed through and provided the resources necessary for the job, they really could take pharmacy to the next level.

Cons

You aren't given enough help to complete all assigned tasks. You risk burn out and nervous break down. Need to give us the resources to succeed.
