Pros

Earned Vacation time. There are no best reasons beyond that. There used to be many but don't count on being satisfied with your employment with this company. Unless you are a lap dog for a CL or a DM expect to go nowhere with your "career" at walgreens.

Cons

No room for growth. Secretive upper management. Low pay rates with no Merritt raises. Low capped pay rates High turn over Understaffed stores Unengaged store managers who sit in office all day talking on the phone. Open 365 days a year with long hours. Overworked for the pay. No aprreciation for hard work. Just expected to do more. X2 durring holidays. I can go on but hopefully you get the point.
