Pros

Senior management is good at communicating to all employees via intranet; company places a high value on health and wellness; the business plans for the future of Walgreens are solid and plans are in place to accomplish the goals; learning and development is a priority and much is offered to help employees improve

Cons

Tend to have a revolving door of people because they are on the lower end of the salary range; the corporate campus is a bunch of scattered buildings, which makes it hard to create a cohesive department with people in different buildings

Pros

The only pros about working there was the fact that If you got in early enough your pay was untouchable

Cons

Majority of managementer sabotage their own stores. Corporate s open door policut is a joke. Too many policies are open to store manager interpretation. Not longer a family company. Sad how a company can go downward so quickly.
